Who we are

Divine Dance’ is a provision by Divine Days Community CIC, offering creative movement sessions for children, young people and adults with disabilities, learning disabilities, complex needs and/or neurodiversity. We directly tackle the extensive inequalities in health, with some of the most vulnerable children in the community.

Divine Dance provision includes dance and movement, singing, crafts and drama…utilising creative arts as a tool to enable the child or young person to embrace their difference and to participate in activities which encourage physical movement, develop communication, self-esteem and friendships, whilst supporting with self-expression, cognitive development and self-regulation. We provide a safe space for emotional challenges, by offering a welcoming, safe and nurturing space, with highly skilled and qualified staff.

In School Workshops and Programmes

We provide in school SEND dance and movement programmes and workshops, throughout West Lancashire, which are tailored for the needs of your pupils. Our sessions Embrace, Engage and Inspire! The content and teachers are vibrant, fun and enabling, with staff and parents/carers alike regularly feeding back how much their pupils/children enjoy the sessions.

To this affect, where we deliver a regular programme, we also provide a well-being measuring tool pack to be completed by the families prior and during delivery to monitor and measure impact, as well as participant and parent feedback sheets to be completed, to support the overall impact assessment.
