Divine Days Community CIC and An Inclusive Futures CIC together are Gateway Alliance, tackling inequalities in health in West Lancashire. The Alliance works collaboratively to deliver a varied programme of services and provision for adults with additional needs; children with additional needs and complex needs; the elderly; the isolated; and those managing long-term mental and physical health conditions. Our provision is centred around bringing people together through a variety of programmes and creative activity programmes focused on rehabilitation, connectivity, inclusivity, and empowering positive change.
